Dear Mr. Enella,

I was a patient at your facility from October 27, 2007 to December 14, 2007.

I was brought to Marquis Care Center from North Shore University Hospital – Manhasset on October 27th – in a very weak condition and unable to walk or care for myself personally.

From day one, everyone at your facility was just wonderful.  They all did an excellent job in caring for me.  They were always courteous, encouraging and very, very, caring – yet professional.  Everyone I saw – including the doctor, nurses, therapists, aids, etc., were simply wonderful.  They soon became like family to me.

Last Friday, December 14th – after being at your facility for almost 7 weeks, I finally was able to go home.  Although I was happy to go home, I was sad to have to leave my “new family” at Marquis Care Center.  It is because of all of them that I came so far, and I bless them every day for all they did for me.  I will always remember them and how wonderful they all treated me and I will always be thankful to all of them at Marquis Care Center – and will always remember them in my prayers. 

You have a wonderful facility and a wonderful staff and I would highly recommend Marquis Care Center to anyone who needs help and care.

Please accept our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful care my husband received at your facility last month.

The physical therapy program you designed for him and pursued so diligently put him back on his feet much sooner than we expected. In addition, the positive attitudes of all who worked with him made this a far more pleasant experience than he had anticipated.

The informal arrangements for meals where he could welcome guests were also much appreciated.
